The current COVID19 lockdown and social distancing measures may increase the delay further. Claims lodged before the closing date will of course be processed, however, there will be delays depending on the backlog each lender may have in processing the claims. This is a blanket rule and there are no exceptions. The FCA deadline of 29 August 2019 for all PPI claims has passed and it is no longer possible to make a claim for mis-selling of PPI. We hope for a rapid solution to the current situation and salute our hard working brave health workers. Because of this we are unable to take incoming calls, however, we are available at and will be doing our best to answer and service all our existing customers.
